Nell’ultima tappa del Tour of Oman un grande Fernando Gaviria ha fatto il bis nell’ordine d’arrivo dopo il successo della prima tappa, andandosi a prendere anche la maglia verde degli sprinter. Il duello atteso con Cavendish ha deluso le aspettative: troppo forte il colombiano oggi e poco incline al rischio il britannico, all’interno di una volata convulsa.
In classifica generale niente è cambiato con Jan Hirt della Intermaché che si è aggiudicato la classifica generale. 2° un ottimo Masnada. A Charmig la maglia bianca dopo essersi preso anche una tappa.
